Rana DiOrio joined North Point Advisors in 2004. Prior to her involvement with North Point, she was most recently a Managing Director and Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities LLC and previously a Director and Head of Infrastructure Software Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch where she covered the space globally. Rana was also a member of the Alex. Brown Technology Group and obtained significant transaction experience while practicing Technology Corporate and Securities Law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and prior to that at Pillsbury Madison and Sutro.
Rana earned an AB with honors from Duke University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Rana lives in Belvedere with her husband, Keith, and daughters Ryan and Alex. |
