Ramon M. Gonzales has served as executive director of People Services since June 2006 and has since moved to the Vice President position.
In this position he uses his extensive experience in human resources management, labor and employment law to oversee human resources functions for the nearly 3,000 employees of PNM Resources and its four subsidiaries, including hiring, benefits, labor relations, occupational health and safety and all employment related issues.
He is also chair of the PNM Resources Foundation Board of Trustees, a nonprofit organization that works to improve the quality of life by supporting vital education, environmental and community programs throughout New Mexico.
