Ramasubramanian Suresh, a senior programmer/analyst, has been with RTI since 1985. He has designed and developed software systems in a variety of programming languages, platforms, and operating environments. He is an expert at systems for personal and telephone interviewing, including CAPI, ACASI, CATI, and web-based studies. Mr. Suresh’s work has contributed significantly to RTI’s pioneering development of general-purpose and standard methods for computer-assisted interviewing (CAI). He led the development of RTI’s CATI case management system (CMS), which includes a sophisticated call scheduling system. He was a senior designer on the team that developed RTI’s standard Field Case Management System. He was chief architect and led the programming team for laptop and server systems for computer audio-recorded interview (CARI) technology. Currently, he leads the development of a web-based CMS that can be used by multiple call centers located in geographically diverse locations. |
