Ramana has 17 years of work experience in the technology sector, ranging from design engineering to venture investing in technology start-ups. Most recently, Ramana was a general partner with SAS Investors, a technology focused Venture Capital fund. Prior to that, he worked with Viant as a strategy lead in San Francisco to implement digital initiatives of Fortune 500 companies and high-technology start-ups. Ramana began his career at Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) in the Control and Communications Group, working as a systems design engineer for seven years. He has also served as a board member of HydroGlobe (acquired by Graver Technologies) and Reactive Nanotechnologies. Currently, Ramana is a member of the board of directors of CebaTech, Velox Semiconductor, and Lightspeed Audio. Ramana holds an MBA from London Business School and graduated with distinction with a BS in Electronics Engineering from Pune University, India. |
