Ralphine began the practice of law as clerk to his Honorable David H. Souter of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In 1990, she became associated with Ropes & Gray in Boston, Massachusetts where her core practice areas included mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Ralphine moved to Vermont in 1992 when she started work with Sheehey Brue Gray & Furlong as an Associate. Soon after, she became Partner of the firm and engaged in a debt and equity financing practice. In 1996, Ralphine took the position of Senior Attorney at Bombardier Capital, Inc. where she focused on many of her current specialties, including finance, transactional, corporate and real estate matters.Ralphine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Wheaton College in 1985. Thereafter she received her law degree from the Suffolk University Law School and served as Comment Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Ralphine was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1989 and the Vermont Bar in 1993. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the District of Vermont. Ralphine is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Vermont YWCA. She now sits on the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes |
