Ralph Hummel is partner in the Frankfurt office of Faegre & Benson since 1992. He is highly experienced in the advice of German and US companies on acquisitions, corporate law matters, restructurings and international tax law matters, including international tax planning. His main focus is on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. For this purpose, he regularly coordinates international Due Diligence teams and leads contract negotiations for his clients. Furthermore he is a German qualified tax advisor (Steuerberater).
Prior to joining Faegre & Benson Ralph's experience includes working with Arthur Andersen & Co. GmbH in the area of tax, where he focused on international tax law on cross-border German-US tax issues, M&A and restructurings.
Ralph is member of the International Fiscal Association (I.F.A.) and the German American Business Club.
