Ralph V. De Martino was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2002. Since July 2005 Mr. De Martino has been a senior member of the law firm of Cozen O'Connor, a professional corporation, and Vice Chairman of that firm's Securities Registration and Regulation Group. Cozen O'Connor provides legal services to Isolagen. From January 2003 through June 2005, Mr. De Martino was the managing partner of the Washington, DC office of the law firm Dilworth Paxson LLP and also served as the National Chair of the Securities Department of that firm. From 1983 to December 2002, Mr. De Martino served as the managing principal of the law firm of De Martino Finkelstein Rosen & Virga, a professional corporation. Mr. De Martino is a graduate of Bucknell University (cum laude) and the George Washington University National Law Center (with Honors). Mr. De Martino practices law in the areas of securities and corporate law. From October 1996 through December 2000, Mr. De Martino served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Commodore Cruise Lines.
