Ralph Dudziak has a wide-ranging financial practice on behalf of US and foreign financing parties, including banks, leasing companies, investment banks, aircraft companies, insurance companies, and other institutional investors. He also represents US and foreign borrowers and lessees.
Lease financing is a significant part of Ralph’s transactional work, as he advises clients on single investor lease financings, operating leases, leveraged leases, synthetic leases, and domestic and cross-border lease and leasehold financings. Ralph in addition has extensive experience in equipment finance, including aircraft and rolling stock financings, and is considered among the premier aircraft finance lawyers. He also regularly facilitates secured financings, structured financings including securitizations, leveraged financings, whole loan sales, lease portfolio transfers, double-dip financings, workouts, EETC financings, debtor-in-possession financings, 144A financings, project finance transactions, unsecured private placements and other capital market transactions.
