Ralph Killebrew is a member of the Land Use Development and Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities, Corporate, and Commercial Finance Practice Groups in the Chattanooga, Tennessee office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Buddy focuses his practice on real estate and commercial finance; mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; and business organization and restructuring.
Buddy has a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial finance and corporate and other business entity matters including conventional, securitized debt, asset based, private activity bond and public financings; transactional representation in acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures; and general corporate consultation and strategic business planning with boards of directors and management.
Buddy represents real estate developers and other REITs in all aspects of CMBS financing, including loan documentation, special purpose entity formation and the issuance of substantive nonconsolidation opinions. In addition, he has served as lead counsel in a significant number of single and multi-property acquisitions and sales of regional malls and shopping centers.
Buddy also has substantial experience in commercial finance and acquisition transactions with clients in a variety of other business sectors including carpet and floorcovering, soft drink bottling and textiles.
