Ralf Bodo Kremer is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP based in its Munich office. He is a member of the German telecom, media and technology (TMT) practice group, where his practice focuses on advising companies in the media, entertainment and telecommunications industries on licensing, copyright and IP - related issues, as well as in M&A transactions and on regulatory matters. Ralf studied law at the Wilhelms-University of Muenster and Università di Cagliari. While preparing his doctoral thesis - promoted by the Max-Planck-Institute for Intellectual Property in Munich - he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Prof. Dr. Staudinger.
