Rajat R. Shah Rajat R. Shah has served as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since May 2, 2005. Prior to joining SGC, Mr. Shah was a counsel at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law, with a concentration in the areas of finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. From September 1996 until January 1998, Mr. Shah worked as an associate at the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Mr. Shah earned his B.A. in 1993 from Gettysburg College and his J.D. in 1996 from Vanderbilt University. |
