Raj Kapoor is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on a career dedicated to recruitment, Raj leverages his experiences and broad network to quickly execute assignments, producing talent fitting specific client situations. As a member of the firm’s Professional Services Practice, Raj specializes in working with management consulting, audit, technology services, and business services clients. Raj has completed assignments for managing directors, practice leaders, partners, and regional vice presidents. He also assists clients in strategically structuring global teams. Before embarking on a career in executive search, Raj held senior recruitment roles with major professional services firms. He was the Director, North America Sales Recruiting for Dimension Data and Northeast Regional Recruiter for KPMG LLP’s Risk and Advisory Services Practice. While with Scient Corporation, Raj was the Lead Recruiter for the Technology Innovation Center and during his tenure with Arthur Andersen, he was Recruiting Manager for the Business Consulting Practice. Earlier corporate experience includes stints with Group Health Incorporated and Avon Products. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Raj received his M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Pace University. He is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. |
