Michael Raimo prides himself on providing his clients with customized solutions to meet their financial goals. Michael specializes in helping his clients navigate through the uncertainty of today’s financial markets. As a Financial Consultant, Michael takes a comprehensive approach to wealth management. He views his role as one that guides investors in making well informed decisions about their investments, retirement plans and ultimately: to obtain greater financial security. In 1985, Michael began working with professionals when he established himself as a successful Executive Search Consultant in New York City. In 1990, he decided to mix two of his interests; business and travel and started his own corporate travel agency; Travel Technology Incorporated, located at Rockefeller Center. Through his relationships with many clients in the brokerage industry, he developed a keen interest in finance. In 1995, Michael sold his interest in the travel business and started working for Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. as a Financial Consultant. In the ten years that he has been with Ladenburg Thalmann, he has earned the title of Senior Vice President and holds six securities licenses (Series 7, 9,10, 24, 63, and 65) as well as a New York State insurance license. Michael attended St. John’s University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Marketing in 1983. Following college, he traveled, studied and worked in Europe where he also learned to speak French and Italian. Michael is happily married to his wife, Jean, of fifteen years. They have three beautiful children and live in Islip, New York. He is active in his community as Treasurer of the Bayberry Pointe Association, member of a men’s softball league, and coach of his son’s little league team. |
