Ragi Patel-Soto is a Partner Practice Specialist in Major, Lindsey & Africa's New York office. As a Partner Practice Specialist, Ragi is the initial point of contact for partner candidates and serves as the liaison between the candidate and the partner recruiter. In this role, Ragi has in-depth conversations with potential candidates to make sure they are aware of their marketability and have a current perspective of the marketplace, all of which requires an assessment of the candidate's individual needs, both professional and personal.
Ragi earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science and anthropology from SUNY Albany and her J.D. from Emory School of Law. Prior to joining MLA, Ragi was the Director of Student Activities at CUNY School of Law; before that, she taught 7th grade social studies in South Jamaica, Queens.
