Mr. Zoeger based in Lima Peru has served as General Manager of the Peruvian operations for BPZ Energy and its affiliates since 1997. He is BPZ Energy's official representative to the Government of Peru. As a professional engineer Mr. Zoeger worked on both the Camisea and Talara field developments of Peru. He has over 30 years of experience planning developing and managing oil and natural gas exploration and production projects including consulting roles with the World Bank. He spent the first 20 years of his career with Petróleos del Peru the national oil company of Peru. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo Peru.
