Rafael J. Dominguez (Raf) has been a leader in the information systems and services market sector for more than eighteen years. Since joining McDonald Bradley in April 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Mr. Dominguez has successfully led the company's finance, accounting, and contracts groups, including the corporate information technology group and facilities/general administration area. He also leads the Company's M&A strategy and implementation; including the three most recent acquisitions and related financing. Mr. Dominguez was also instrumental in the development and implementation of the management buy-out of McDonald Bradley in 2003 from the principal owner and founder.
Mr. Dominguez has assisted in the development of the corporate vision and strategy that will provide the focus for the company's continued growth. Under his guidance the Company has grown at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35%, with the needed corporate infrastructure to continue scaling. In the past two years, Mr. Dominguez has won recognition by being nominated for CFO of the Year, awarded by the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dominguez gained progressive financial business experience in the areas of equity fundraising, accounting, treasury, tax, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Controller at FutureNext Consulting, Inc. Previously, he served as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, overseeing the technical SEC accounting group and the corporate investor relations department. He started his career in Public Accounting and then at Marriott International. He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Business School at the University of Maryland. He is also a member of Financial Executives International. |
