Ms. Jenny is an associate in the firm's business section. Her practice involves a variety of business and tax planning issues as well as complex litigation. She works with corporate and individual clients on commercial lending and real estate transactions. Ms. Jenny also has experience with tax controversies and complex insurance coverage issues.
