Rachel M. Rinninsland

Ms. Rinninsland devotes her practice to trust and estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. She counsels clients on planning for issues of estate and gift taxation and wealth transfer. Ms. Rinninsland prepares wills, living wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements and other documents affecting asset transfer and valuation.
In the area of trust and estate administration, Ms. Rinninsland represents clients in the probate process, prepares federal and state estate tax filings, and liquidation and transfer of assets. Related areas of practice include guardianships, conservatorships and retirement asset planning.
Ms. Rinninsland also represents non-profit and charitable foundations.
