Representation of General Mills, Inc. in the acquisition and disposition of manufacturing facilities in states such as Massachusetts, Idaho, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Wisconsin.
Representation of Holiday Companies in the acquisition, development and disposition of retail gasoline service stations throughout the Midwest.
