Rachel Anna Wingerter, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on commercial litigation, specializing in complex commercial matters and insurance coverage litigation.
Rachel has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes including breach of contract, warranty claims, and construction defects.
Rachel has successfully handled several large insurance litigation matters on behalf of commercial business owners involving bad faith claims, business interruption insurance, insurance broker malpractice, and the interpretation of insurance policies.
Rachel is a member of the NMM Women’s Forum Education Subcommittee, which is responsible for the professional development and training of the firm’s women attorneys.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a litigation associate at Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. After graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Family Part.
Rachel was a staff writer for the Law Review Delaware Journal of Corporate Law while at Widener University School of Law, and a staff writer for The Dickinsonian during her undergraduate studies at Dickinson College. She studied two semesters abroad in Heidelberg, Germany at the Ruprecht-Karls Universität. |
