Rachael Rowland has served as the Vice President of Government and Public Relations since October 2001. In this capacity, she manages the Company’s corporate communications, government, and public relations programs. Ms. Rowland joined MAXIMUS in 1998, after spending more than a decade in the public sector. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, Ms. Rowland served as the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Her career with FEMA included various disaster planning, preparedness, and response activities, fire and arson prevention programs management, and intergovernmental, congressional, and tribal liaison efforts. Ms. Rowland graduated from the College of William and Mary with a bachelor's degree in English and Sociology. |
