Specializing in Insurance and Financial Services, Rachael’s niche is found within Claims, Underwriting and Operations. Having grown up in the industry, Rachael understands the demands placed on companies and employees and is dedicated to serving the needs of both her clients and candidates.

Prior to joining the Vermillion Group, Rachael was with Farm Bureau Financial Services, having worked both at the corporate level as well as a producer in the field. Rachael’s background includes selling for a multi-line agency that consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally. In addition, she worked for corporate as a consultant for a company-wide initiative to re-engineer the distribution channel.

Rachael graduated from Black Hills State University with degrees in Sociology and Human Services. In addition, she interned for United States Congresswoman Barbara Cubin in Washington, DC. Accepted into law school, Rachael passed on the opportunity opting to fore-go more college and join the workforce.

Having been recruited by the same process she now employs, Rachael is confident in her ability to deliver the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Essentially, recruiting is a logical approach that includes listening and understanding the situation - which is what she believes makes this process so successful.
