R.J. McConnell
Profile : R.J. McConnell is a partner and co-chairs the firm's Estate and Business Succession Planning Group. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Indiana University School of Law. Mr. McConnell has written and lectured extensively on matters affecting businesses including buy-sell agreements, estate and succession planning and business financing. Mr. McConnell assists privately owned businesses, health and life sciences industries, as well as publicly held companies, primarily in the areas of estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, business organizations and financial institutions.
