Quinn A. Johnson is an associate of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group and Employment Law Group.Ms. Johnson’s business litigation practice involves representing clients in commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, post-employment restraints, covenants not to compete, UCC, claims for breach of contract, and collection matters. Ms. Johnson has also gained experience in a variety of insurance coverage claims related to comprehensive general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and primary and excess and umbrella insurance.In addition to her business litigation practice, Ms. Johnson also represents clients in employment law matters, including employment discrimination claims and conducting internal investigations for employers on claims of various types of discrimination and sexual harassment.Ms. Johnson attended the College of William and Mary, from which she graduated in 2000, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. In 2003, Ms. Johnson graduated magma cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was the recipient of the prestigious Moritz Fellowship. Ms. Johnson also served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. |
