Practice Focus
Priscilla represents and advises hospitals, physician practices, mental health centers, managed care plans, nursing homes and other health care clients on a wide range of legal issues. She counsels clients on contracting, general corporate and regulatory matters, hospital and practitioner relationships, compliance, licensing, federal and state privacy issues, including HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and patient care policies and issues.
Prior to practicing law, Priscilla was an executive in the managed health care industry for six years, serving as chief development officer for Healthsource Inc., a national managed care company, and as chief executive officer for some of its affiliates. She joined Sheehan Phinney in 1993. Sample Matters
Regularly represents clients in employment and independent contractor agreements between hospitals and physicians, physicians and physician practices, and other health care practitioners and facilities.
Advises physician and other practitioners on professional corporate and group practice matters, including corporate formation, and corporate, shareholder and employment documents.
Serves as general counsel to New Hampshire community hospitals in contractual, regulatory, business planning and other matters.

Community Involvement
Priscilla serves as a Trustee, Finance Committee Member and Secretary of New Hampshire Public Radio, as well as Chair of the Capital Region Committee for the NHPR Capital Campaign. She is a former Director and Chairperson of the Board of ABC Quilts, Inc. |
