Prem Nath Ph.D. Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing: has over 25 years of thin -film photovoltaic(PV) product development and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Ascent Solar in August 2006 Dr. Nath served as Vice President Product Manufacturing and Development for United Solar Ovonic a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Conversion Devices Inc. He was responsible for product development and successful transition into manufacturing of thin-film amorphous silicon PV products. Dr. Nath has co-authored more than 50 technical papers and is named on over 50 issued US patents on PV processes products and materials. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Physics from Punjab University in India an M.Tech. degree in Solid State Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in India and Ph.D. degree in Solid State Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in India. |
