Pramod heads the Finance department at Synechron, supervising, managing and planning all critical processes such as Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Global Tax Functions. He joined Synechron in January 2005. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in Financial Management in the IT industry, having worked with several large conglomerates before joining Synechron. Pramod holds an MS and MBA in Finance. Prior to his current role, Pramod spent several years as the Head of Finance with companies such as Raay Software, NovaSoft Information Technology Corp and Scala Business Solutions. In his capacity as the Financial Controller at NovaSoft, he was responsible for financial accounting and planning for the US, UK, Singapore and India operations. Pramod has helped incorporate companies in the US, France and Switzerland.
