Prakash Balebail brings more than 20 years of software development and implementation experience, including the last 16 years in several key roles in Oracle Corporation. His management principle has been to provide commitment to continuously improve how he serves all of his customers, partners, and employees by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations through a culture of creativity and forward thinking.
Prior to founding Estuate, Prakash was a Senior Director in Oracle Applications Global Sales Solutions team, which built complex Oracle E-Business Suite application demonstrations for Sales activities. Additionally, he had leadership roles in development of Oracle's much-acclaimed Business Flow Accelerator (BFA) for the E-Business Suite. During this time, Prakash also built the highly-regarded India operations team from the ground up.
While at Oracle, Prakash played a key role in leading the technical team for the Program Management Office of Oracle's CRM Applications Division. This team handled escalated technical resolution for Oracle CRM's most important strategic customers. While with Oracle Worldwide Alliances, Prakash was responsible for the industry-leading Cooperative Applications Initiative (CAI) on a global basis, developing best of breed solutions, which helped hundreds of partners to integrate their application with E-Business Suite applications. He is one of the founding members of Oracle's Design and Migration services team.
Prakash began his career at Oracle in the Platform division, playing a key role in enabling Oracle Applications to run on UNIX operating systems. He was the first person to make Oracle applications run on Intel 386 based machines.
In India, Prakash started his career at Patni Computer Systems Ltd India. Prakash holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Karnataka University in India, and has enhanced his managerial and technical skills through continued education at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Palo Alto. |
