Pradeep Narayanan is the key force of the operational team at 24/7 Customer. He is responsible for the operational excellence of the seven delivery centers in India. Under his leadership, 24/7 Customer will continue to establish and deliver effective solutions that constantly surpass customer expectations.
He brings to 24/7 Customer his experience and learning in building the country's largest IT training business, to help augment 24/7's delivery framework.
Pradeep was earlier heading NIIT's education business for India. He has also held key management positions in NIIT during his 17-year tenure. Pradeep's prior experience includes stints with Eicher and ONGC over a career spanning more than two decades.
Pradeep holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the prestigious management institutions in India. |
