Prabir Jha leads the Human Resources function globally and is also responsible for Corporate Communications.
Prabir moved to the corporate world after almost 10 years in the Indian Civil Services. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s in 2002 he was with organizations like Thermax Limited and Mahindra British Telecom Limited where he made key contributions to many high-end HR interventions. He has handled all areas in HR and has a special interest in change management Global HR strategy Employer Branding and Leadership Capability Development.
Prabir is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College Delhi and of the Xavier Labour Relations Institute Jamshedpur. During his time as a civil servant Prabir handled the entire gamut of HR & IR responsibilities while with the Indian Ordnance Factories. A recipient of several academic and professional awards Prabir has been on the CII Panel for HR & IR for the state of Andhra Pradesh.
