W. Plumer Wiseman Jr. Buck is a member of the Tax and Finance Practice Group, and the Commercial and Public Finance Team Chair. He was formerly Chair of the Finance and Development Practice Group, and is one of Greenebaum's two General Counsels. His practice focus is upon commercial and real estate lending and secured transactions representing both borrowers and lenders and real estate titles and development.
