Mr. Pieter Booth is a Principal Scientist in Exponent's EcoSciences practice and a program manager with 22 years of experience specializing in natural resource damage and ecological risk assessments. Mr. Booth has managed numerous complex multidisciplinary projects related to impacts and damages to natural resources from hazardous waste and oil. In particular he has extensive experience in managing and directing evaluations of the putative impacts of PCBs on fish birds and mammals and in evaluating the extent and severity of sediment contamination and options for sediment management. For NRDAs Mr. Booth has served as consulting expert as well as project manager for industrial clients in several nationally recognized natural resource damage cases. He has extensive experience providing technical support to legal teams in developing case strategy and in supervising and preparing materials for litigation support under CERCLA RCRA the Clean Water Act and regulatory programs of various states. Mr. Booth is fluent in English and Spanish. |
