Mr. Bonnin advises multinational companies, financial sponsors, and privately-owned companies located in the United States, France and Continental Europe. After eight years in Europe, Mr. Bonnin spent fourteen years in the United States and has a wealth of cross-border experience. He has done extensive work in the media and entertainment industry on which he continues to focus as well as several other industries including consumer products, retail, auto-parts, building materials and other industrials. He has extensive experience working with large private equity firms. Prior to joining Fredericks Michael, Mr. Bonnin was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in New York, responsible for U.S. M&A activities with Financial Sponsors and previously Head of the North American M&A Department at Banque Paribas (now BNP Paribas) based in New York. Mr. Bonnin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Civil Engineering Degree. |
