Pierre Ducros is President P. Ducros & Associates Inc. in Montréal. Previously he was Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of DMR Group Inc. which he co-founded in 1973 and Vice-Chairman of the Task Force on The Future of The Canadian Financial Services Sector (MacKay Task Force). Mr. Ducros holds a BA from the Université de Paris at Collège Stanislas in Montréal and a B.Eng. (Communications) from McGill University. Mr. Ducros also serves as a director of Cognos Incorporated Emergis Inc. Nstein Technologies Inc. Rona Inc. and Telus. In the past five years Mr. Ducros served as a director of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. BAE Systems Canada Inc. eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. and NovAtel Inc. Mr. Ducros is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. |
