Pierre E. Debbas is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He is involved in all aspects of real estate law with his practice primarily focusing on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate in Manhattan. Mr. Debbas handles the due diligence of condominiums and cooperatives and the negotiation of contracts of sale. He renders advice to clients regarding their financing activities, analyzes title reports and is responsible for handling residential closings on a weekly basis.
In addition, Mr. Debbas advises clients on numerous complex issues pertaining to real estate transactions and New York City and State Real Estate Law. Mr. Debbas also represents condominium and cooperative boards through drafting license agreements, alteration agreements and providing advice on general matters.
Mr. Debbas graduated from Hofstra University in 2002 with a B.B.A. in Finance and then went on to Hofstra University School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate with a Concentration in Real Estate Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Debbas is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association (Real Property Committee). |
