Phyllis Sperring monitors and oversees all financial requirements on a day-to-day basis, manages human resource requirements, and gives guidance and supervision as needed in all matters relating to finance and safety. Since C&S is committed to quality performance and workplace safety, as Safety Coordinator, Phyllis Sperring, oversees and ensures that all staff members are thoroughly trained in safety measures and procedures as required by C&S and FDOT and that all proper health and safety measures and precautions are taken to safeguard the traveling public, visitors, department employees, subcontractor employees, people, and property. Ms. Sperring also manages human resource requirements and is responsible for giving guidance and supervision to all operational supervisors in all matters relating to safety. |
