Phillip Cole joined ACE Group as Global Human Resources Officer in June 2004. As Global Human Resources Officer, Phillip is responsible for all of the group’s human resources (HR) operations, providing support to HR groups in ACE INA and ACE Overseas General, and providing direction to the HR group responsible for personnel in Bermuda.
