Phil has over 30 years experience managing business data and processing operations, all in a services environment. He is responsible for our Systems Technology, Data Center, Finance and Human Resources, Purchasing, Customer Service/Call Center Operations Departments, Mail Processing Department, Data Entry and Fulfillment Center Operations. During his 20+ year tenure with MBS, Phil has made countless contributions to the efficiency and accuracy of our systems, including the development of automated systems for file management, console operations, and production control. Some of his other achievements include building our secure online network that expanded MBS' LAN/WAN, UNIX, LINUX and Intel/Windows interconnectivity; implementing advanced Internet technology for internal and external connectivity; introducing state-of-the-art scanning technology to our systems; and developing our "Hot Site" Disaster Recovery Plan. Phil also developed financial and audit controls to protect the security and economic stability of our organization. Phil is a member of many industry organizations, including the Customer Advisory Board, STK; AFCOM (Association for Computer Operations Managers); TAWPI (The Association for Work Process Improvements) and GUIDE, The Independent System Software Interface to IBM. He attended the New York Institute of Technology and |
