Mr. Schwartz has served as a director of American Bank since 1996 and of American Bank Incorporated since its formation in 2001. Mr. Schwartz has been the President of Schwartz Heating & Plumbing, Inc., which specializes in plumbing installation for new construction, since 1980. He serves on the President’s Council of DeSales University. Mr. Schwartz has been President of P & M Schwartz Corporation, a land development corporation located in Whitehall, Pennsylvania since 1993. He also served on the PNC Bank Regional Board from 1993 until the fall of 1996. |
