Mr. Sandberg is 74 and has been a director of the Bank since its incorporation on May 26, 1989. He has been a director of the Company since March 30, 1992. Mr. Sandberg’s current term as a director will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held in 2007. For the five years prior to his retirement on October 20, 1998, Mr. Sandberg had been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sandberg Securities, an independent investment services firm in Spokane, Washington. |
