Phil is a partner in the Tax Services Group and located in the Syracuse office. Professional Experience Phil’s area of specialization is in taxation planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He also handles financial statement preparation, multi-state tax issues and cost segregation projects. Phil works with a variety of clients, including medical practices, financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining the firm, he spent seven years at regional accounting firms and a Big Four firm.
