Phillip Peterson is the Company's General Counsel. He has more than 7 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and general business counseling. Previously, he was an attorney with Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, he was an attorney with King & Spalding LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Peterson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. |
