Phillip D. Ashkettle, serves as a Strategic Advisor for Falls River Group, LLC. Phill retired from M.A. Hanna, a NYSE company, in 2001 as the CEO and Chairman before it merged with Geon to form PolyOne. The merger was lead by Phill and was described by analyst as one of the most creative deals ever constructed in the chemical and plastic industry. Phill has extensive experience in acquisitions and mergers and is a turnaround specialist. Prior to joining M.A. Hanna, Phill had been President of Reichhold, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dai Nippon Ink and Chemical; Vice President of Ashland Chemical; Materials and Transportation manager of Owens Corning; and Production Superintendent and Plant Manager of International Paper. Phill obtained a BA in Chemistry from Ohio University, and completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program. |
