Philippe Adler has a general litigation practice. He has been involved in prosecuting and defending complex commercial lawsuits in federal and state courts, and before the American Arbitration Association, involving business torts, fiduciary duty claims, and alleged breaches of contracts in the financial services, real estate, and hospitality industries. He also has represented corporate officers and directors in multidistrict securities fraud and RICO litigations, and he also practices in bankruptcy court, and has been engaged in both the pursuit and defense of multimillion-dollar adversary proceedings. Mr. Adler graduated from Columbia College in 1986 and from Columbia Law School in 1989. He previously practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He is fluent in French. |
