Phil Seghers is an Industrial Recruiter and is currently responsible for recruiting new business and industry to Entergy Louisiana’s service territory. He has extensive experience in project management developing and managing industrial parks directing trade show programs managing community development organizations and recruiting.
Mr. Seghers is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) and a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
