Philip Rowley is a senior managing director in LECG corporate headquarters in Emeryville, California, with overall leadership responsibility for the firm's business development and marketing. Mr. Rowley has participated in and managed numerous consulting assignments involving breach of contract, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing, antitrust, business interruption, dealer termination, warranty, securities, valuation matters and professional liability. Consulting assistance has included financial and economic analysis, license negotiations, accounting, computerized information systems, statistics and expert witness testimony. Prior to LECG, Mr. Rowley was with Peterson Consulting for sixteen years where he performed in leadership roles including managing director and vice president.
TESTIMONY
Mr. Rowley has testified as an expert in federal and state courts, before arbitration panels, and has conducted numerous damage analyses on products and services for a variety of industries.
