Philip Roberson brings more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry to Culinary Adventures Incorporated. Phil has been associated with several prestigious restaurants including Restaurant Jozu (Voted Best New Restaurant 1997, Los Angeles), Restaurant Bikini, The Imperial Gardens, Yamashiros, and Le Chardonnay. In 1999, Phil and his family relocated to Orange County where he managed Aubergine and Troquet and then became a part of the Culinary Adventures management team in 2000. He has spent time managing both Savannah Chop House and French 75 helping to make them the fine dining establishments that they are today. He also coordinated the opening of Chat Noir, which opened in October of 2003. Phil currently serves as Director of Operations for Culinary Adventures. |
