Philip Mezey became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Itron North America in April 2007. He has served the company in several capacities: as Group Vice President and General Manager Software Solutions in January 2004 and as Sr. Vice President Software Solutions in January 2005. Mezey joined Itron in March 2003 as Managing Director of Software Development for Itron’s Energy Management Solutions group upon Itron’s acquisition of Silicon Energy. He joined Silicon Energy in 2000 as Vice President Software Development. Prior to joining Silicon Energy Mezey was a founding member of Indus a leading provider of integrated asset and customer management software and was with Indus for 12 years with various responsibilities for product development and services for utility solutions. Mezey holds an AB degree in History from University of California Berkeley. |
