Philip Altschuler is Vice President - Human Resources for Federal Realty. In this capacity, Mr. Altschuler is responsible for all human resources and organizational development activities, including recruiting, training, development, compensation, performance measurement, employee relations, and benefits administration. Mr. Altschuler joined the Trust in 2000 as Director of Human Resources.
Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Altschuler was Senior Manager of Strategic Staffing for Host Marriott Services Corporation and Regional Director of Human Resources for Host Marriott Corporation. He most recently served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Feld Entertainment, Inc. where he directed human resources for the company's live shows including Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey and Disney on Ice.
Mr. Altschuler received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Altschuler also serves on the Board of Directors for the DC/Metro Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. |
