Philip R. Etsler is Vice President of Human Resources for Keithley Instruments, Inc. Prior to joining Keithley in 1986, Etsler served as Director of Personnel for Harris Corporation, a $2.5 billion communications and information handling company in Melbourne, Florida. While at Harris, Etsler also headed human resources for the company's Analog Division and Government Systems Group. Etsler earned Bachelor's degrees in Economics and English from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York in Buffalo, New York. His professional career includes working as a recruiter for Chase Manhattan Bank and in management development and training for Xerox. Etsler is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS). |
